Jon Lee McGlasson's Obituary
Jon Lee McGlasson, 64, of Culpeper passed away on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at Novant Health UVA Health Systems Culpeper Memorial Hospital. He was born June 25, 1956 in Los Angeles, California to the late Col. Wilford Dean and Blanche Helen McGlasson.
Jon was an avid Redskins fan.
Jon is survived by his wife of 21 years, Margaret McGlasson; brother, Dean McGlasson; sister, Katie Johnson; step son, William Paxton Forkey; grandchildren Savanah, Alexis, Jaedeyn, Paxton, and Zowie Forkey; and an additional host of nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his best friend, George Braden.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 27, 2020 at 3:30 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville, VA 22701 with Rev. James Mack officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 2 p.m. Due to COVID-19 mandates, masks are required to enter the building.
