Always wearing a smile of welcome and a chuckle of good humor, Johnny will be remembered as a good man who lived to serve and help others, expecting nothing in return. We went to church with Johnny, Missy and the children and watched them grow up. Time has inserted its demand for change by this sudden loss. Many friends and all his family will miss him. He was an honorable man, loyal in his relationships and friendships, dedicated to his wife and children. My prayers and thoughts will be with you as you deal with this tragedy and begin to pick up the pieces to move forward. Lean on one another and allow the lessons learned through his life to bind you together and keep you together, bring you closer to one another and to God, whom he loved and served with pride. The moments will bring times of laughter, times of deep and unspoken sorrow, tears that threaten to drown the heart that is breaking, yet it is crucial to let the love you shared as a family continue to be the cornerstone from which you reach beyond the mist and fog of pain you find yourself in right now. Life will go on and you will find that he continues to live on in the choices you make as the result of the live he lived before you. May God bless you all and cover you in Grace during this sad time.

My Husband and I were classmates with Johnny and we were saddened to hear of his passing. I remember him as kind hearted soft spoken and he had an undying faith and with everything I have read he lived his life that way by how many people he touched. He has definitely left a legacy for his family to be proud and he will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family. God bless David and Terry Bywaters
