John Alexander Britton, III's Obituary
John Alexander Britton, III, 74, of Fredericksburg, passed away on Wednesday, July 9, 2008 at Mary Washington Hospital.
John was a cashier at Walmart of Garrisonville, and a veteran of the US Army who served during the Korean War, and a member of the Masonic Lodge, Chapter 4 of Fredericksburg.
John is survived by his two daughters, Nancy Jenkins of Kill Devil Hills, NC, and Barbara Sturgill of Fredericksburg; four grandchildren, Leah, John, Amanda, and Adam. He is preceded in death by his wife Catherine Britton and his parents, John A. and Helen Britton.
A graveside service will be conducted on Tuesday, July 15, 2008 at 11:00am at Quantico National Cemetery, Triangle, VA
