John Taylor Olive's Obituary
John Taylor Olive, 26, of Spotsylvania County passed away Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at Mary Washington Hospital after a courageous battle with leukemia.
John enjoyed music, playing the guitar, going to concerts, fishing, the beach, and spending time with his family and friends. He was a fan of the Washington Redskins and Baltimore Orioles.
John is survived by his father, Jake Olive of Spotsylvania; his mother, Lori Truoccolo and her husband, Robert of Ruther Glen; brother, Samuel Olive of Spotsylvania; maternal grandparents, Sandra and Jerry Pryor; aunts, Sherri Harding (Mark), Jami McKenna (Chris), and Traci Pryor (Steven); great-aunt, Frances Carol Williams; great-uncle, Gregory L. Harding; and numerous beloved cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Ollie and Crystal Olive and his uncle Jimmy McKenna IV.
A special thank you to all of his oncology nurses. He will be missed by all who knew him.
