You were a bright spot everywhere as an educator and as a pastor. I learned from you in so many little ways. You were indeed a blessing and your memory will continue to bless us as the tomorrows come.

When the world loses a man like John Kassouf, it is in a povery stricken situation. I am greatful to God that John came into my life, while he served Risen Christ in MB. He was a loving, caring person with a heart for the gosple of Jesus Christ and a desire to see lost souls embrace Christ as their Lord and Savior. Thank you ,John, for allowing me to be a part of your life.

Pastor Emeritus John F Kassouf is our friend in Christ and we miss him and we love him and Fran. John has taught us so many lessons in loving Almighty God and loving our neighbors as ourselves. Heaven rejoices in Saint John arriving safely to the heavenly hosts and Jesus the Christ. We will have to wait until that day that we can be reunited with John and all those who have gone before us.
They say that there is likely to be a lot of people attending John's visitation and funeral and it will be crowded and standing room only celebrating the life lived in Christ by John F Kassouf. Almighty God is praised and glorified by our fellowship for John.
I will tell you personally that John would have said, "That is a good problem to have!"
Our deepest condolences to all of Pastor John’s family. God’s peace be with you. A donation has been given to Concordia Lutheran Seminary in St Catherines Ontario in memory of our dear away from home Pastor. In Christian love Gerry and Karen Goebel.
I could always feel his love of our Lord and savior when I was with him I was lost after my marriage was over for quite a while. Pastor John came to redeemer and I had decided to go to a service , I never felt so moved his love of God made me want to come back again and again and eventually I te became a member. He was always there to listen and he loved my daughter dearly always checking on her to find out how things were going with her and what the doctors would haft to say. I will truly miss him as will my daughter. I thank God he is suffering no more and look forward to the day we meet again. I pray for strength. Comfort and peace during this most difficult time for Fran and all the family, Lord God wrap your wonderful comforting arms around all of them and hold them tight strengthen them for the days ahead and give the peace knowing they will see him again one day soon. 🙏
My fondest memory with Pastor John was when he would tell me that he loved me and when he was in my house at our Christmas party. We all talked and laughed, and gave thanks to our Lord and Savior.
Pastor John was an amazing man filled with kindness and compassion. I first met him several years ago, when he married my best friend to his wife. We met again when her performed the baptims of my two youngest God children. Pastor John was an educator before he began his ministry. As an educator myself, we shared stories of our individual journeys with challenging behavior some children exhibited. He shared words of encouragement which assisted with me remaining in the field today. I never had the chance to experience one of his sermons, but on the few occasions we spoke, he gave me comfort and made me smile. Take care Pastor John...you'll be missed.
