John (Jack) Korte Rhoades' Obituary
John (Jack) Korte Rhoades, 69, of Culpeper died Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at his residence. He was born September 21st, 1947 in Culpeper to the late Lee and Mary (Mae) Korte Rhoades.
Jack’s lovable nature and kind heart were unique beyond words. His love of gardening, golf, and UVA football were just a few of his passions.
He is survived by two children, Zack Rhoades and his husband, Jonathan Buck of Belmont, CA, and Laura Rhoades and her fiancé, Adam Pearson of Richmond, VA; two brothers, Lee Rhoades and his wife Myrna of Henderson, NV, and Richard Rhoades and his wife, Karen of Mechanicsville, VA; two grandchildren, Judah and Alex; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and loved ones.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Fearon Rhoades.
His family and close friends will hold a private memorial service.
