John Thomas Iler, Jr.'s Obituary
John Thomas Iler, Jr., 75, of Culpeper died Sunday, June 2, 2019 at the University of Virginia Medical Center. He was born May 25, 1944 in Chicago, IL to the late John and Louise Link Iler.
Mr. Iler was a veteran of the US Airforce having served as a pilot earning the rank of Captain. He worked as the CFO for the Rochester Corp and later retired from Tyco as the general manager.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Naomi Athalene Iler; his stepmother, Rita Iler of CO; one daughter, Cheryl Iler of Culpeper; two sisters, Marilyn Hudson (Mike) of Chandler, AZ, and Mary Morrison (Dorrance) of Glendale, AZ; and one brother, Robert Iler (Janin) of Glendale, AZ.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 10, 2019 at 1 p.m. at Culpeper National Cemetery with military honors provided by Culpeper VFW Post 2524 and the US Air Force.
