John Thomas "Tommy" Gaines' Obituary
John Thomas “Tommy” Gaines, 41 of Sperryville died Friday, December 17, 2010.
Tommy was born February 2, 1969 in Culpeper County to John and Charlotte Gaines.
Tommy is survived by his father, John Kemper Gaines and his wife, Carla of Concord, his mother, Charlotte Gaines of Sperryville and her friend, Mike Corbin of Syria, his brother, James Stuart Gaines and his wife, Stacy with their children, Colby Gaines and Toby Bridge all of Sperryville and his step sister, Chris Pilkins and her husband, Scott with their two children, Cameron and Josh, all living in Culpeper, not to mention numerous Aunts, Uncles, cousins, extended family and many friends.
Tommy was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Claude and Mary Gaines and his maternal grandparents, Clarence (Dick) and Lucy Jenkins.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
A funeral service will be held at 2pm on Wednesday December 22, 2010 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper with Pastor Jon Heddleston officiating.
Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
