JoAnn Weakley's Obituary
JoAnn Weakley, 58, of Culpeper went to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 09, 2014 at the University of Virginia Medical Center.
JoAnn was born on May 21, 1955 in Charlottesville to the late Woodrow W. and Alma Atkins Alger. JoAnn was such a loving and caring person who loved animals of all kinds, she greatly enjoyed gospel music and spending quality time with her husband of 38 years. They frequently went out into town for dinner or just to hang out being a friend to all she would encounter.
JoAnn is survived by her husband Robert Weakley her sister Doris Riddell and her husband Robert of Louisa and brother Larry W. Alger of Newport News, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family throughout the area.
A funeral service will be held at 11am on Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels of Culpeper, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper with Pastor Jeff Shifflett officiating.
Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
