Joan Marie Parker's Obituary
Joan Marie Parker, 85, formerly of McLean, VA died Tuesday March 25, 2014 at her home in Fredericksburg surrounded by her loving family.
She was a caretaker of all God’s creatures and a loving mother of six children; Greg Parker (Cindy), Robin Lee (Johnny), Debbie Letzkus (Steve), Roger Parker, Katy Manning (Randy) and Steve Bassett (Debbie); a brother, Jim Snyder; her sister, Monte Vanness (Don); 16 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren; two nieces, Kim Larkin and Tracey Anderson; one nephew, Brett Vanness and her extended family the Cahill and Franklin families.
Joan was preceded in death by her husband Robert F. Parker
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday April 12, 2014 at McLean Bible Church, 8925 Leesburg Pike, Vienna, VA 22182.
