Jo was a great lady and an adopted mother to many many Virginia Troopers. She will be sorely missed by those who passed through area five the many years she was there.

Ms. Jo was a neighbor and a wonderful friend. She had a BIG personality for such small. lady. I heard countless stories of your work life with the Virginia State Police, traveling experiences and Engelbert Humperdinck! Lastly, thank you for sharing your jig-saw puzzles.
