Although I did not work directly with Jill at Arlington County, I did attended classes with her from time to time over the years. She had an indomitable sense of humor and a good perspective on life. The world needs more people like Jill, she will be missed. But Jill is in a good place now, I am sure, and knowing her, she already has the angels in stitches.
