Hey Jill remember me? Brian Carlos Richardson? I lived next door to you and Wayne I went from being that Timid Skinny & Fragile kid who was scared of his own shadow and wouldn't think about a Scary Story alone to the Courageous man that will almost take on any challenge now. From 1994 -2006 I lived next door loved you and your husband Wayne and he was a character I remember why he used to say about Jennifer's Rabbit his exact words, "When he gets bigger I am gonna PUT HIM IN THE POT & COOK HIM." 😂😂 😂 I got a kick out of that. Although I did not work directly with Jill at Arlington County, I did attended classes with her from time to time over the years. She had an indomitable sense of humor and a good perspective on life. The world needs more people like Jill, she will be missed. But Jill is in a good place now, I am sure, and knowing her, she already has the angels in stitches.
