Jeremy Christopher Johnson's Obituary
Jeremy Christopher Johnson, 43, of Kent’s Store, VA, formerly of Boston, VA, died on July 13, 2021. He was born in Sioux City, Iowa on August 31, 1977 to the late James Lloyd Johnson and Debra Moeding Johnson.
Jeremy was a United States Navy Corpsman Veteran with a career in law enforcement. He earned a Bachelors in Homeland Security and Emergency Management from Ashford University. Originally he was from Estherville, Iowa then settled in Virginia with his family. Jeremy loved German Shepherds, camping, deep sea fishing and spending quiet time at home. Most importantly, he loved his family, especially his two boys.
He is survived by his sons, Johnathan and Brayden and their mother, Karen; four siblings, Nicole Johnson, Michael Johnson, Lindsay Arndt, and Bryant Johnson.
He is also survived by a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and other relatives and friends.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, July 17, 2021 at 11 am at St. Peter Catholic Church in Washington, VA with Fr. Beres officiating.
Interment will be held on Monday, July 19, 2021 at 11 am at Culpeper National Cemetery with military honors provided by the US Navy and VFW Post 2524.
