Jeffrey L. Hunter's Obituary
Jeffrey L. Hunter, 61, of Alexandria, passed away on Friday, May 17, 2019.
Jeffrey was always dedicated to his family above all else. His life was filled with obstacles that he always seemed to overcome. Despite the challenges that he faced throughout his life, he always had a heart of gold and would do anything for the ones he loved. Jeffrey was always on the go, even through his illness, he was a busy body that could never sit still.
Although life kept them physically apart, he was deeply devoted to and cared for his daughter, Amanda Hunter. She was always on his mind, and he loved her immensely. In addition to his daughter, he is survived by his siblings, Bobby K. Hunter, Jr., Donna Bethell (Kevin), and Matthew C. Hunter (Jennifer), many nieces, nephews and other loving extended family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Betty and Bobby Hunter, a brother, David W. Hunter, and a sister, Lisa A Fletcher.
Jeffrey’s family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg; with the funeral service beginning at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.
