Jean Frances Johnson
Jean Frances Johnson, 57, of Woodford, passed away on Saturday, November 29, 2008 at her residence.
Jean was born in Rochester, New York to the late Chuck and Edith Vogel. She was a security guard for Wackenhutt prior to her courageous battle with breast cancer. Jean was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend.
She is survived by her husband of 39 years, James Johnson; a son, Joseph Johnson; six daughters, Tina Drain, Candy Smith, Jamie Johnson, Betty Long, Christine Johnson, and Sherri Phillips; a brother, Chuck Vogel; and two sisters, Doris Jenkins and Edith Lane; along with eighteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Jean is preceded in death by her son, James Johnson, Jr.
Jean’s family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 2, 2008 from 7:00 to 9:00pm at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg, VA 22407. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2008 at 11:00am at the funeral home.
