Jean Maybeth Sabol's Obituary
Jean Maybeth Sabol, 82, of Culpeper died Saturday, May 2, 2015 at UVA Culpeper Hospital. She was born November 6, 1932 in Sperryville to the late Joseph Franklin and Bessie Dodson Atkins.
Mrs. Sabol was employed with C&P Telephone Company for 39 years.
She is survived by her husband, Stephen Sabol; one daughter, Donna Jean Bailey Grant and her husband, Mike of Boston; two siblings, Virgie Atkins of Locust Grove and Joseph Atkins and his wife, Sophie of Culpeper; four grandchildren, Candy Brown and her wife, Tina of Lewes, DE, Susan Brown of Culpeper, Eric Grant and his fiancé, Audrey Hitt of Culpeper and Kelli Grant of Richmond; and four great grandchildren, Kara Butler, Ashlynn Keyser, Jaliyah Hull and Jazmyne Hull.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 7, 2015 from 6 to 8 pm at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 8, 2015 at 1 pm at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel with Rev. Mike Dodson officiating.
Pallbearers will be Mike Grant, Eric Grant, Candy Brown, Paul Curtis, Kenny Atkins, and Will Poulton.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to New Salem Baptist Church Awana program, 8233 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA 22701.
Interment will follow in Culpeper National Cemetery.
