Rusty, Johnny, and family,
Sorry to hear about Ms. Inskeep. What a wonderful lady. Please know my thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

Jean was a good, good friend.

Jean was a beautiful lady. Her smile lit up her face. She had a positive outlook on everything she did and was a good influence on those whom she encountered. I enjoyed several lunchtimes with her and her special friends, and I will miss seeing her around. To her family, you truly have my sympathy.
It was a pure joy to work with Jean in the Culpeper Hospital Auxiliary. She was a charter member of this organization. She once told me of how they sat in the bank talking $5 per person in order to get enough money to begin the foundation to create a hospital in Culpeper. For the last several years she was in the Auxiliary it was her task as Corresponding Secretary to send cards to our members which she did diligently.
She was a very special Southern lady and I am glad to have had the opportunity to meet and become her friend.
Betty Burns, former officer and past president of the Culpeper Hospital Auxiliary
