Jason Alan Medley's Obituary
Jason Alan Medley, 39, passed away at this home in Spotsylvania County on Friday, September 23, 2022.
He graduated from King George High School on June 8, 2001.
Jason retired from the City of Fredericksburg as a Licensed Class 3 Wastewater Operator. He needed to focus on the battle with brain cancer and seizures. At the time of his passing, his brain cancer was in remission.
He loved his dog, Sara, and the most recent addition, his cat, Twixy. He also liked Ford Trucks, NASCAR, country music, and the Green Bay Packers.
Jason is survived by mother, Teresa Stailey, of King George, VA, his father, Larry Medley, of Spotsylvania, VA, his step-father, David Stailey, of Denton, TX, his son, Jacob Medley, numerous relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels, 10719 Courthouse Rd. Fredericksburg. A funeral service will be held at 10 am on Thursday, September 29, 2022 in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Historyland Memorial Park. A reception will follow the graveside service at King George Citizens Community Center, 8076 Kings Hwy, King George.
