Jason "Chubb Rock" Michael Flory's Obituary
Jason Michael Flory, 42, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 23, 2024, at his home. Jason was born on February 26, 1982 in Manassas, VA.
Jason is preceded in death by his father, Gordon Flory; his stepfather, Smiley Herndon; and his grandparents, Lee and Lucy Flory and Thomas Crouch.
Jason is survived by his daughter, Kaelyn Flory; his mother, Teresa Herndon; his grandmother, Lucille Crouch; his siblings, Sherry Flory, Christine Holloway (Matt), Heather Herndon, and Justin Herndon; his girlfriend, Jessica Jamerson, and her children; and his nieces, Makayla, Taila, Madison. Shelby, and Alexandra. Jason is also honored and remembered by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Jason grew up in Nokesville, VA where he attended Brentsville District High School. He loved to play football, baseball, and wrestling and had a love for fishing and food.
Jason was a son, father, brother, and friend; he loved so many and was loved by so many.
At the end of his life, he became severely ill with type two diabetes. This new health condition took his life by surprise, and he continued to struggle to stay healthy.
Despite the multiple attempts to help heal his body, his health declined significantly. May we all find a sense of relief knowing his struggle is over and that Jason is finally at peace.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, June 8, 2024, From 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel of Culpeper, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA 22701.
A funeral service will immediately follow in the funeral home chapel.
