Janet Selena Dillon's Obituary
Janet Selena Dillon affectionately known as Jan, left the world suddenly but peacefully in her Fredericksburg home on June 4, 2024 at the age of 75 after a short battle with cancer.
She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband, John “Rick” Dillon.
She is survived by her children, Jason, and Amanda; and her very special grandson, John Michael; as well as her brother, Dale and sister-in-law, Diane.
Jan graduated in 1966 from Whitesboro Central High School and went on to Utica School of Commerce where she was head hunted and moved to Virginia to have a long career for the IRS as financial manager. Jan retired in 2005 after 38 years of service where she found her love of cruises with her family.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the SPCA or Autism Speaks.
