Jane Elizabeth Thompson's Obituary
Jane Elizabeth Thompson, 80 of Stafford County, passed away Monday, April 26, 2010 at Woodmont Nursing Home.
She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
Jane is survived by a daughter, Marie Canter and her husband, Dave of Fredericksburg; a son, Calvin Jones and his wife, Doris of King George County; three grandchildren, Janelle Simpson and her husband, Mike and Charlie Cooke and his wife, Nicole, all of Stafford and John Wray Williams and his fiancee, Alicia of King George; two great grandchildren, Sydney and Hunter Simpson and her faithful companion Doggie Do.
A celebration of Jane’s life will be held Friday, April 30, 2010 at 11:00 am at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel – Cremation Service, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg with the Rev. Tim Dobson and Rev. Dennis Newton officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
Jane’s family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations in Jane’s memory to Mary Washington Hospice, 5012 Southpoint Parkway, Fredericksburg, VA 22407.
