Jan Lynette Cook Treague's Obituary
Jan Lynette Cook Treague, 55, of Warrenton died Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at NOVANT Haymarket Medical Center. After a long courageous battle she passed surrounded by family and friends.
She was born on February 14, 1960 in Danville, VA to Richard and Patsy Ashworth.
In addition to her father, she is survived by her husband, Royce Treague; five children, Brandon Cook and his wife, Tracey of Newville, PA, Brittany Cook of Front Royal, Morgan Anderson and her husband, Alan of Chesapeake, VA, Amanda Cook of Warrenton, and Courtney Cook of Centreville; two stepsons, Austin Treague and Tyler Treague, both of Warrenton; one sister, Wendy Wiebe and her husband, Sheldon of Orange; and nine grandchildren, Tyler, Braiden, Emmalyn, Bradley, Brodie, Addalyn, Branson, Brenna and Brielle.
The family will receive friends on Monday, September 7, 2015 from 6 to 8 pm at Park Valley Church, 4500 Waverly Farm Drive, Haymarket, VA 20169.
The family will hold a memorial service on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at 10 am at Park Valley Church in Haymarket.
A reception will immediately follow the service at 12 pm at 4052 Von Nueman Circle, Warrenton, VA 20187.
