James Marvin Poole's Obituary
James M. Poole, 60, of Fredericksburg, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, April 19, 2019.
Jim Bo, as he was affectionately called by family and friends, retired from Quantico Marine Base after a long career as a maintenance mechanic at Hospital Pointe. In his spare time, he enjoyed working on cars and spending time outdoors or in his workshop. He also enjoyed fishing and hunting. Jim was a good dancer and had a great sense of humor. He was a loving husband and very nurturing father.
He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Linda; three children, Daniel Poole and his wife, Kristiana, Nicole Jackson and her husband, Adrian, and Jamie Poole; grandchildren, Christopher, Hunter, Austin, Kasiah, Taylor, Tatyana, Azmariah, and Azariona; a sister, Cheryl Driskill and her husband, Roger; niece, Tami Franz and her husband, Mike; and other loving extended family and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, April 27, 2019 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg.
