Jimmy was a lifelong friend to many and a familiar face in the Stafford County community. He dedicated much of his working life to serving others, first at Quantico and later in several nursing homes, where his caring nature and willingness to help others left a lasting impression on those around him.
More than anything, Jimmy valued the people in his life. He treasured time spent with family and friends and enjoyed the companionship and friendship of Frances Jones and her family, who brought him much happiness over the years.

In accordance with his wishes, no funeral or memorial service will be held.
