James, I will miss our weekly phone calls. To the family of "Jim Frazier" sorry to hear of the passing of Jim. He was a good kind hearted man. I worked w/Jim many times in regard to obtaining zoning & building permits when he worked for JD Eicher Builder. He will surly be missed by everyone.
I will always remember Jim, as a man with the fullness of patience and a strong , yet gentle kindness with all of the children coming in & out of your school in your home.
