James Franklin Burns' Obituary
James Franklin “Frank” Burns, 55, of Culpeper, VA died Sunday, January 9, 2022, at his home. He was born March 13, 1966, in Greenbiar County, West Virginia to the late Daniel and Nellie Burns.
Frank is survived by his daughter, Amber Stevens; siblings, Gail Lohr (Melvin), Joe Burns, Effie Miller (Francis), Tim Church (Debbie), Joyce Anne Church, and Betty McClung (Mike); sisters-in-law, Janice Burns and Vivian Burns; nieces, Alicia Burns and Trinity Lynn Shaw; nephew, Joe Burns, II, and a host of other family members.
In addition to his parents, Frank is preceded in death by Amber’s mother, Sandra Faye Stevens, his siblings; Daniel William Burns, II., Matthew Darrell Burns, Alberta Sue Burns Shaffer, and Vernie McGuire.
A Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday, January 19, 2022, from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA 22701. The family would like to invite those unable to attend to join via live stream at
