To Jim's family,
I did not work directly with Jim but got to know him at NSWC. We would stop to talk when we passed. He was always interesting to talk to. I had a lot of respect for Jim. He once asked me to come to his house and look at an electrical problem with the hot tub. I got it fixed for him. He was a great person and I always enjoyed seeing him when out and about. I wish i had gotten to talk with him more. I considered him a very good friend.
