James Kevin Acors' Obituary
James “Kevin” Acors, 52, of Locust Grove received his wings, Sunday February 28, 2016 at Mary Washington Hospital.
Kevin is preceded in death by his mother, Linda.
He is survived by his father, Joseph Acors and his wife, Marcia; one son, Josh Acors and his girlfriend, Natalie and her daughter, Kalie, who he considered his granddaughter; and a brother, Joseph “Mark” Acors and his wife, Linda.
Kevin loved being outdoors, gardening, fishing, camping, and being with his son. He loved crafting things such as birdhouses, walking sticks, and other items from things he found on his walks in the woods.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, March 3, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Tabernacle United Methodist Church, 7310-A Old Plank Road, Fredericksburg, VA 22407, with Pastor Barry Throckmorton officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
