Jaime Guevara's Obituary
Jaime Guevara, 64, passed away suddenly on December 25, 2025, at home in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
Jaime was born on December 6, 1961 in Oxnard, California. He grew up in Vienna, Virginia and graduated from Edison High School.
Jaime was a career welder/driveshaft specialist, owning and operating his own business, Jaime’s Driveshaft and Welding Service for many years. He retired from welding for QinetiQ in Fort Belvoir in 2023 after beating lung cancer.
Jaime really enjoyed motocross, motorcycles, as well as, building and racing cars. He was passionate about metal fabrication and welding. His favorite things were sweet treats and “his boys,” Cash and Moose.
Jaime was preceded in death by his parents, Marie and Pete Guevara; sister, Lydia Guevara Ellis and her husband, Michael Ellis; nephew, Joey De Filippi; niece, Dennielle Brown; fiancé, Teresa Hafner; and best friend’s son, Michael Muenster.
Jaime is survived by his ex-wife Donna Jones Guevara and their three children: Lindsey, Alexis, and Anthony Guevara; his brothers: Pete, Rick, Tommy, and George Guevara; his sister, Gina Guevara; and many friends he thought of as family.
A celebration of life will be held at 12:00 p.m. Sunday, January 25, 2026 at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic High School, 6301 Campus Drive, Fredericksburg. Please bring your race cars, motorcycles, and projects out in memory of Jaime. Dress as Jaime would like to see you - no suits accepted.
