Jacqueline Fancher's Obituary
Jacqueline Fancher, 78, of Culpeper, VA passed away Thursday, March 26, 2020 at her home. She was born September 21, 1941 in Endicott, NY to the late Agnes Ernestine Ciganek and John Richard Vavra.
Mrs. Fancher, a retiree of IBM, was a member of the Culpeper Women’s Club, Precious Blood Catholic Church Altar Society, Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary and Odd Fellows Rebekans.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Richard Lynn Fancher; and two daughters, Margaret and her husband, Michael Kokoszka, and Deborah and her husband Darryl Payne.
Mrs. Fancher is also survived by four grandchildren, Sierra Johnson and her husband, Shawn, Ryan Kokoszka, Lauren Al Hashimi and her husband, Faissal, and Brandon Payne and his fiancé, Maria Isabel Esquivel.
Additional survivors include one great-granddaughter, Reagan Johnson; her sister, Linda Vavra; her brother, John Vavra and his wife, Karen; her sister-in-law, Carol Vavra; a special sister and brother, Teresa and Eric Johnson and their grandsons, Eric and James Miles; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Mary Kathleen Fancher; her great granddaughter, Rowan Johnson; and her brother, Alfred Vavra.
Due to the Corona Virus, services will be held at a later date.
