Jack Wilson Hoffman, Jr.'s Obituary
Jack Wilson Hoffman Jr., 82, of Culpeper, Virginia, passed into the loving arms of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on June 1, 2025. Born on April 15, 1943, he was the son of the late Jack Wilson Hoffman Sr. and Louise Pritchett Hoffman.
Jack served his country faithfully as an Army Reservist at Fort Campbell, KY from 1965 to 1971. He was twice retired—first from the Federal Reserve Bank and later from the Best Western hotel, where he continued to exemplify dedication and excellence in all he did.
He was a member of Culpeper United Methodist Church, where his faith was strengthened through worship, fellowship, and service.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Loyce “Woody” Hoffman and Carvey “Sonny” Hoffman.
Jack is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Mary Alice Atkins Hoffman; his daughter, Dana Marie Kennedy (Dale); his son, Gregory Wayne Hoffman (Erin); and his granddaughters, Caymon Clemons, Savanah Williams (Trevis), and Chloe’ Hoffman. He also leaves behind two beloved great-granddaughters, Ivy and Emery Williams. He is further survived by his dear sisters, Faye Jenkins and Joyce Grady, along with many loving nieces and nephews.
Jack will be remembered for his unwavering love for his family, his quiet strength, and a life of kindness, humility, and steady service to others.
Visitation will be held. on Thursday, June 5, 2025, from 6:00P-8:00P at Found and Sons Funeral Home in Culpeper, VA.
A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, June 6, 202,5 at 10:00A. Pastor Travis Phillips will be officiating the service.
