Isabelle Hawkins Soutter's Obituary
Isabelle Hawkins Soutter, 93, of Culpeper, Va passed away July 22, 2025. She was born March 11, 1932, to the late James Bailey Hawkins and Ollie Vinyer Hawkins.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Eugene H. Soutter, her son, Bernard “Bernie” H. Soutter, and eight siblings.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughters: Gloria Harper (Rex) and Teresa Seeber (Matthew), grandson; Christopher Harper (Jessica) and great-grandchildren; Teaghan, Ryker, Hannah, one sister, Ollie Virginia Fincham, and two feline friends, Thomas and Blackie.
Isabelle enjoyed cooking and watching cooking shows on YouTube. She loved gardening and her hummingbirds. She was a member of Woodland United Methodist Church.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at 11 a.m. at Culpeper National Cemetery (New Section), 501 East Chandler Street, Culpeper, VA. Gloria Phillips will be officiating.
