Iona Lynne Maxey, 71, of Virginia formally Pennsylvania and Florida, passed away on the morning of February 22, 2023.
Iona was born October 3, 1951, in Washington Pennsylvania to Glenn and Ruth Varner. Iona relocated to Florida where she met her husband, Neville. Iona was an RN and worked in the memory care unit. After retiring Iona and her husband moved to Virginia.
Iona was preceded in death by her parents, Glenn and Ruth, brother, David, sister, Darlene, son, Rodie, and her husband, Nevelle. Iona is survived by her 2 sons Ronnie and Colt, 4 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Iona requested no service to be held.
