Inge H. Hansen's Obituary
Inge H. Hansen, 79, of Goochland, formerly of Culpeper died Monday, April 1, 2019 at her residence. She was born July 11, 1939 in Germany to the late Wert and Henrietta Miller Hollander.
Mrs. Hansen moved to the US in 1963 with her husband Bob. She loved watching birds, gardening, and feeding wildlife. Above all she cherished her family and her cat Rascal.
She is survived by her daughter, Dina Marie May (Eric) of Goochland, VA; one sister, Gerda Elizabeth Kifer of Lovettsville; four grandchildren, Stefanie MacDonald (Joshua) of Christiansburg, VA, Ashley Lynn Woods (D.J. Carter) of West Point, VA, Brittany Woods and Tyler May, both of Goochland; and four great grandchildren, Alex, Luke and Caroline MacDonald and Avery Woods-Carter.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Gerald Hansen; and her siblings, Waltraut “Kitty”, Ingrid and Heinz.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 9, 2019 from 12 to 1:45 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA followed by a private interment at Culpeper National Cemetery.
