Hugh William Jackson's Obituary
Hugh William (Bill) Jackson, 72, of Culpeper, VA, passed away on June 12, 2022 at his home. Bill was born December 28, 1949 at the University of Virginia and raised in Rappahannock, VA.
Bill worked for the Town of Culpeper and retired after 37 years. He enjoyed his job and was thankful for the many friends he made along the way. Bill is remembered as an avid Redskins fan.
Bill is survived by his significant other of 39 years, Cindy Pollard; her daughter, Clarice Pollard; his brother, Tucker Dan Hunter, all of Culpeper, VA; and a host of other family and friends that he held close to his heart.
Bill was preceded in death by his father, Hugh William, Sr. and his mother, Lonnie Jackson.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 18, 2022 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, with Bishop Eugene Logan officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
