Howard "Hack" Lee Hackley, Jr.'s Obituary
Howard “Hack” Lee Hackley, Jr., 83, of Culpeper, VA passed away Sunday, October 9, 2022, at his residence. He was born December 14, 1938, in Virginia to the late Howard Lee Hackley, Sr., and Lorelle Putnam Hackley.
Hack is survived by his wife, Joan Hackley; eight children, Kevin Neil Hackley, Regina Lynn Armstrong (Carl), Joyce Mosher, William Mosher (Roberta), David Mosher, Vicki Hackley (Rob Torre), Natascia Hackley, and Sadaya Hackley; sixteen grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and a host of additional family and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 14, 2022, at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Interment will follow at Culpeper National Cemetery, 501 E. Chandler Street, Culpeper, VA. Pallbearers that will be serving the family are Kevin Hackley, William Mosher, David Mosher, Carl Armstrong, Rob Torre, and Marc Armstrong.
Military Honors will be provided by VFW Post 2524.
