Howard McDaniel Greene Jr., (Skeeter), 69 of Spotsylvania, passed away at his home, Thursday March 7, 2013 surrounded by his loving family.
Howard was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Barbara; his daughter, Donna Cropp and her husband Stephen of Spotsylvania; his son, Kevin Greene and his wife Kim of Spotsylvania; two stepsons, Edward Campbell and his wife Karen of Clarksville, TN, Kenneth Campbell and his wife Delia of Evington, VA; three granddaughters, Stephanie Vining and her husband Chris of Dumfries, Kim Sullivan and her husband Jim of Mineral and Cheyenne Greene of Spotsylvania; two step-grandsons, Kaleb Campbell of Lynchburg and Jacob Campbell of Evington, VA; three Great-granddaughters, Haley Vining of Dumfries, Aubree Sullivan and Autumn Sullivan both of Mineral; four sisters, Peggy Madison, Faye Carneal, Shirley Maisonneuve and Joyce Cooper and his step-brother James Pollard.
Howard was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Evelyn Greene; his brother, Roy Greene and his half-sister, Barbara Cooper.
The family wishes to thank; Dr. Steven Mussey, Dr. Sudeep Menachery and Mary Washington Hospice for their support and care during Howard’s illness.
