Hillarye Milan Nicely's Obituary
Hillarye Milan Nicely passed away suddenly on May 16, 2020 in Gainesville, VA. She was born March 18, 1990 and raised lovingly by her parents Rose and Bill (William) Hazel in Gainesville, Virginia. In her adult life, she was able to connect with her birth mother and siblings and enjoyed having this extension to her family.
Hillarye is survived by her husband, Lee Nicely, her five children: Savannah (Bradley), Michaela (Keith), Callie (Nicely), Lexie (Nicely) and Hailie (Nicely) as well as her siblings: William Hazel, A. Darnell Abbott, Preston Howard, Coty Hart, and James Hart, her birth mother, Patricia Jones and her dear friend Thomas Parks. She was preceded in death by her mother, Rose Hazel and father, Bill (William) Hazel, both of whom she missed deeply.
Hillarye had a vibrant passion for life and was proud of each of her children. She loved music and outdoor concerts, the beach, fishing, her pets and horses. She was passionate about her love for horses and would enjoy riding from sunup to sundown. She was especially proud of her time in competitive horseback riding and was so pleased to pass the love of riding on to her children.
Private services were held on Tuesday May 26, 2020 in Culpeper, VA.
