Hilda Spencer's Obituary
Hilda Bailey Spencer, 83, of Falls Church, formerly of Scrabble, died Friday, November 19, 2010 at INOVA Fairfax Hospital. She was born July 17, 1927 in Scrabble, VA.
She is survived by two sons, John Gerard (Jerry) Williams and his wife, Sharon of Littleton, CO and Dwight B. Williams of Falls Church, one step-daughter, Linda Rodgerson or Dunn Loring, VA, two grandchildren, Larry Loy and Jennifer Vandenham, two step grandchildren, Jody Coleman and Jessica Coleman, and seven great grandchildren.
Additional survivors include her two sisters, Roberta Hopkins of Berlin, MD and her daughter, Jennifer and Beverly Soper of Berlin, MD and her daughter, Denise.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roy D. Spencer.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 27, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA with Pastor Dallas Smith officiating. A one hour visitation will be held prior to the service.
Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery.
