Herman Davis Sisk, Jr., 66, of Martinsburg, West Virginia, died Sunday, April 28, 2013, at University of Virginia Medical Center. A memorial service will be held Friday, May 10, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel in Culpeper, Virginia.
