Herbert Anderson Young's Obituary
Herbert Anderson Young, 91, of Winchester, died Friday, June 21, 2024 at Winchester Medical Center. He was born December 19, 1932 in Malcolm, MD to the late John and Harriet Young.
Herbert was a veteran of the US Army. He drove trucks throughout his life and worked in construction. He was also a great cook.
He is survived by his wife, Salome Young; four children, Gloria Outlaw, Denise Young, John Young, and Greta Lohr;
In addition to his parents, Herbert is preceded in death by one daughter, Toni Fisher; and several siblings.
A visitation will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. on Thursday, July 11, 2024 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA.
A funeral service will be held at 12:15 p.m. on Thursday, July 11, 2024 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel with Pastor Reese Washington.

Interment will follow at Culpeper National Cemetery, 501 East Chandler Street, Culpeper, VA with military honors provided by VFW Post 2524.
