Herbert Earl Dwyer's Obituary
Herbert Earl Dwyer, 64, of Brandy Station, died Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at his home. He was born June 24, 1959 in Remington, VA to the late Herbert Carter and Norma Gay Dwyer.
Herbie was a good husband, father and provider. He was always moving at one speed, fast and wide open. He worked for Fauquier County for nearly 20 years, but his real passion was his farm. Herbie also had a great sense of humor.
He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Mary Dwyer; one daughter, Ethel Butler (Robert); two grandchildren, Wesley Butler and Courtney Butler; siblings, Irma Dwyer Whitlock and her husband, Jerry, William P. Dwyer, Ronald E. Dwyer; and other loving extended family.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one sister, Dorothy Elizabeth Dwyer; and his son, Robert Lucas.
Visiting hours will be from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper.
A graveside service will be at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 30, 2023 at Fairview Cemetery, Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA with Pastor Lee Brown officiating.
