Helen Christina Clements' Obituary
Helen Christina Clements, 94, of Madison, VA died Wednesday, March 07, 2007 at her sonfs residence in Madison. She was born December 20, 1912 in Brunswick, New York to the late John Henry Miller and Lottie M. Reddish Miller.
Mrs. Clements was a member for over 75 years at First Reformed Church in Wynantskill, New York where she was actively involved for many years. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, reading, and playing cards.
She is survived by her children, Priscilla PareŒ of Troy, NY, Carol Kolowski and her husband, Louis of Schenectady, NY, Stewart Clements Jr. and his wife, Kathryn of Wynantskill, NY, William Clements and his wife, Rosemarie of Hartland, MI, Jack Clements and his wife, Mary of St. Cloud, FL, Jill Wolcott and her husband, Leonard of Averill Park, NY, Wayne Clements of Danbury, CT, Beryl White and her husband, James of Clifton Park, NY, Mark Clements and his wife, Diana of St. Cloud, FL., and Paul Clements and his wife, Kathy of Madison, VA.
Additional survivors include a daughter-in-law, Elaine Clements of Bowling Green, FL., two brothers, Henry Miller and his wife, Martha of Troy, NY, and John Miller and his wife, Eleanor of Clifton Park, NY, her nieces, Carolyn Chenot, Nancy Couch, Judy Koblenzer and Jean Purcell, 36 grandchildren, 49 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, a brother-in-law, Robert Clements and his wife, Mildred of Tequesta, FL and their children, Robert Clements, Barbara Enloe, and Joan Compare.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Stewart Alexander Clements, Sr. and her son, Douglas Vincent Clements.
A celebration of her life will be held in her hometown of Wynantskill, NY on Saturday, March 17, 2007 at 2 p.m. at First Reformed Church with Rev. Kerri Weldon officiating.
A private interment will be held at a later date in Maple Grove Cemetery in Hoosick Falls, NY.
A second celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 24, 2007 at 2 p.m. at Madison Presbyterian Church with Rev. John Storey officiating.
