Helen Alice Elkins Jeffries Jenkins' Obituary
Helen Alice Elkins Jeffries Jenkins, 83, of Culpeper died Monday, April 21, 2008 at Culpeper Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born September 16, 1924 to the late Sandy and Betty Elizabeth Kerns Elkins.
She is survived by her children, Lucy Clatterbuck, Deloris Woodward and her husband, Junior, Linda Clark, Beverly Stanley and her husband, Ronnie, Joyce Martin and her husband, Mitch, and Wanda Kidwell. Her step children, Frances Edwards and Dan Jenkins, two brothers, Davis Elkins, Roy Elkins, one sister, Barbara Jean Elkins, a very special person in her life, Desmond Pagan, sixteen grandchildren, and twelve great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Raymond Earl Jeffries, her second husband, Lucian Edward Jenkins, three brothers, Sandy, Douglas and Carroll Elkins, and two sisters, Ada Bache and Elizabeth Elliott.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 23, 2008 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 24, 2008 at 2 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel with Rev. John Farrar officiating.
