Helen S. Frazier's Obituary
Helen S. Frazier, 93, of Culpeper passed away Saturday, December 17, 2022, at Culpeper Health and Rehab. She was born June 20, 1929, in West Virginia to the late William A. Sisk and Ida Elizabeth Sisk.
Helen was a devoted mother and grandmother. She loved those roles dearly.
Helen is survived by her daughters, Teresa Bowles, Joan McNabb, and Nancy Hurt; grandchildren, Tina Culver, Michael Bowles, Amy Storer, and William Hurt; and nine great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Helen is preceded in death by her husband, Albert Manuel Frazier; her son, Lester William “Billy” Frazier; her granddaughter, Michelle Ellis; her companion of 30 years, Thomas W. Wise; and her 10 siblings.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 21, 2022, at 10 a.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel of Culpeper, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA 22701. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Interment will follow at Remington Cemetery.
