Hector Alfredo Pazmino Baez's Obituary
Hector Alfredo Pazmino Baez, 82, of Culpeper passed away Monday, January 6, 2025 at Culpeper Hospital. He was born October 27, 1942 to the late Carlos Enrique Baez and Leonila I. Pazmino Bedoya in Quito, Ecuador.
Hector was a member of Precious Blood Catholic Church. He owned and operated W&H Interiors for over 45 years. He could be found playing Bingo or listening to all genres of music and Latin music. He enjoyed feeding and watching his birds. Hector loved his family dearly and his dog, Daisy, and two cats, Macy and Mina.
Hector is survived by his wife, Joyce Sites-Baez; children, Yolanda Catalina Baez-Almeida (Pablo Edwin Almeida) of Montclair, VA, Susana Elizabeth Botts of Alexandria, VA, Hector Ricardo Baez of Richmond, VA, Jessica Marie Denson Baez of California, William Alfredo Baez (Kayla Spring Baez) of Culpeper, VA, Brandon Sites, and Mirian Smith of Ecuador; grandchildren, Tommy Smith, Christian Smith, Adam Baez, Olivia Baez, Eddy Almeida, Elijah Botts, Noah Botts, Mikayla Botts, and Caleb Botts; ;great grandson, Enzo Baez; siblings, Olga Rebeca Lopez of Largo, MD, Julia Baez Faulconer of Lorton, VA, Paulina Alberto Baez of Arlington, VA, Jorge Baez of Stafford, VA, and Maria (Maggie) Figueroa of Arlington, VA,; sister in law, Gloria Baez; and a host of extended family and friends.
Hector is preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Gloria Baez, Carlos Enrique Baez, Jr., and Eduardo Baez; and son in law, Tom Smith.
A funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at Precious Blood Catholic Church, 114 E Edmondson St, Culpeper, VA 22701.
