Hazel G. Fox's Obituary
Hazel G. Fox, 97, formerly of Danville, died Monday, December 19, 2006 at the Culpeper Health and Rehabilitation Center in Culpeper, Virginia.
Born March 5, 1909 in Floyd County, VA she was the daughter of the late Posey Thompson and Susanna Quesenberry Thompson.
She was the last survivor of her generation. In addition to her parents, Hazel is predeceased by two husbands, Guy Edmond Goad and Edward Fox. She was predeceased by three children, Maury Faxon Goad, Cecil Guy Goad and Merle Lee Haynes.
She is survived by six grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren and other extended family, friends, and cherished ones.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, December 23, 2006 at 2 p.m. at Danville Memorial Gardens with Pastor Tim Nuckles officiating.
