Hazel Estelle Eubank's Obituary
Hazel D. Eubank, 89 of Spotsylvania County, passed away Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at Mary Washington Hospital.
Hazel was a lifetime resident of Spotsylvania County and was a long time member of Eastland United Methodist Church. She was a loving person who was a friend to everyone she met and was the rock of her family.
Hazel is survived by her daughter, Phyllis Napier and husband Deane; two sons, Milton Eubank and wife Tammy and William Eubank and wife Ritha; two grandsons, Mark Stephens and Mitchell Eubank; one great-granddaughter, Faith Stephens; three sisters, Evelyn Embrey, Thelma Randall (Jack), and Barbara Thomas (John); and two brothers, Howard Dillard and Ted Dillard (Dot).
Hazel was preceded in death by her husband Isaac Eubank; her parents, William and Loula Dillard and her brother Emmitt Dillard.
The family will receive friends from 12 to 1pm Saturday March 15, 2014 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel – Cremation Service, 10719 Courthouse Rd., Fredericksburg, with the funeral service starting at 1 pm with the Rev. Craig Muffley officiating. Burial will follow in Confederate Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations in Hazel’s name to the Eastland United Methodist Church building fund, 10718 Courthouse Rd., Fredericksburg, Virginia 22407.
