H. William "Bill" Willoughby's Obituary
H. William “Bill” Willoughby passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2016. Bill was born on April 15, 1946 in Minnesota as the only child of Harvey William Willoughby and Velma Willoughby.
He was raised in Gregory County, South Dakota. Bill attended college at the University of South Dakota, and went on to receive his JD and MBA from the same institution. Bill moved to Virginia in 1974, where he became a partner at C.R.I., Inc., a commercial real estate development and management firm. Later he developed and managed, along with his wife Linda, the Inn at Kelly's Ford.
Bill is survived by his wife Linda; daughter, Kim Willoughby (Jon Guelzow); son, Todd Willoughby (Jeannie) and four grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on April 2.
