Graham Stevenson's Obituary
Graham Thomson Stevenson, 22, of Fredericksburg, died September 22, 2007 in a tragic accident in Richmond.
Graham graduated from Woodbridge High School in 2004. He was a senior at Virginia Commonwealth University where he was a gifted Graphic Design major with a scholarship in art. He interned at the Free Lance Star this past summer as their Graphic Designer.
Graham was the beloved son of Samuel and Claire Ann Stevenson of Fredericksburg. He is also survived by a sister, Laura Stevenson and her finance, Jason Paquette of Portsmouth and Newport News; his maternal grandparents, William and Edna Mae Pugh of Midlothian, as well as his uncles, aunts and cousins.
Graham’s passion was graphic design. He was exceptionally bright, talented, and handsome. He was a loving son, brother, and grandson who greatly valued his family. Graham’s father was in the Army, and Graham was born in Seoul, Korea and moved eight times to various stations in Virginia, New York, California and Georgia. The family settled in the Fredericksburg area when his father retired from the Army.
A graveside service will be conducted on Thursday, September 27, 2007 at 2:00pm at Quantico National Cemetery, Triangle, Virginia.
